Volunteering during the festival
The ability to make the Scarecrow Festival a success is limited by the amount of support we have from volunteers and from the village of Flamstead as a whole.
To make the event a success, we need volunteers throughout the weekend to help ensure that the event goes smoothly.
During the event, many of you have previously volunteered your time and efforts to help make the event a success and we hope we can count on your continued support. If you haven’t volunteered before but would be willing to spend a couple of hours helping with car parking or traffic management, helping with programmes at the point of entry, in the Café selling food and drink or just generally helping the festival to run smoothly, then please sign up below.
Whether you are a resident or non-resident, if you would be able to volunteer any time either before or during the Scarecrow Festival Weekend, then we would love it if you could sign up.
Sign up is via Sign Up Genius and you will have the opportunity to choose the shift and the role that you would like to do.
